The Lay-in false ceiling system features 595 mm x 595 mm steel or aluminum tiles. Steel tiles (0.50 mm) have a 120/180 g/m² zinc coating with a 20-micron polyester finish, while aluminum tiles (0.7 mm) have a 50-micron polyester powder coat in AA5050, AA3105, or AA1050 alloys. Tiles can have square or beveled edges. The galvanized steel grid includes main runners and cross tees (33/38 mm and 25 mm high) with bayonet couplings. Suspended by G.I. wire rods and hangers at max. 1200 mm, it is secured with expansion fasteners and finished with a 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.4 mm steel wall angle matching the tile color.
